Mayakoba, Mexico
Viceroy Riviera Maya, near Playa del Carmen and Cancun in the Yucatán Peninsula, will be the newest five-star resort in Mayakoba, Mexico. This exciting international development will feature 142 new beachfront, lagoon and golf course condo hotel units. They will be built as one- and two-story villas woven along white sand beaches, landscaped waterways and a Greg Norman championship golf course.

The Viceroy Riviera Maya development team is headed by Los Angeles-based Kor Hotel Group, known for its award-winning hotel properties in destination locations. Also a partner in the resort's development is Grupo OHL, Spain, one of the largest construction and service groups in the world with over 11,000 employees and a history of success spanning 90 years.
Viceroy is located within Mayakoba, recently named as one of CNN's "Top Five Destinations for 2006". It is an exclusive, private master-planned beachfront village consisting of six world-class hotel groups.
Just outside the confines of Viceroy and Mayakoba is the Yucatan Peninsula with its many cultural attractions, including ancient Mayan ruins, a national park, botanical gardens and eco-theme park.
The beautiful town of Playa del Carmen is just five miles away. It's renowned Fifth Ave. esplanade is closed to traffic and features many eclectic stores, boutiques, restaurants and night clubs.
Mayakoba is easily reached by plane. It's just two to four hours from many U.S. cities including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Cleveland, Miami, and Washington D.C.
Construction has already begun on Viceroy Riviera and is expected to be complete in summer 2008. Due to the high demand, the developer is offering the condo hotel units through a Reservation Sales Program. The program gives prospective buyers the opportunity to secure a purchase position today with a fully refundable deposit and participate in the Grand Launch Weekend scheduled for late July 2006.

Prior to the launch weekend, reservation holders will receive a Purchaser's Information Guide, detailing all the important facts such as site selection and floor plans, procedures for purchasing real estate in Mexico, legal descriptions, covenants and much more.
Condo hotel units range from $675,000 to $5,500,000. Specific pricing has not yet been established but will be provided prior to the Grand Launch Weekend.
